PURSUANT TO THE PROVISIONS OF THE State Administrative Procedure Act, NOTICE is hereby given of the following action:
Action taken:
On 6/26/14, the PSC adopted an order approving National Fuel Gas Distribution Corporation's (NFGDC) Management Audit Implementation Plan, with modification.
Statutory authority:
Public Service Law, section 66(19)b
Subject:
Approving, with modification, NFGDC's Management Audit Implementation Plan.
Purpose:
To approve, with modification, NFGDC's Management Audit Implementation Plan.
Substance of final rule:
The Commission, on June 26, 2014, adopted an order approving, with one modification, the Management Audit Implementation Plan submitted by National Fuel Gas Distribution Corporation in response to the Commission’s August 21, 2013 Order, subject to the terms and conditions set forth in the order.
