PURSUANT TO THE PROVISIONS OF THE State Administrative Procedure Act, NOTICE is hereby given of the following action:
Action taken:
Addition of section 381.10 to Title 9 NYCRR.
Statutory authority:
Parks, Recreation and Historic Preservation Law, sections 3.09 (8), 13.15, 13.16, 13.18 and 13.20
Subject:
Vehicle use fees at OPRHP facilities.
Purpose:
To establish 3-year, 5-year and lifetime vehicle use passes in regulation.
