PURSUANT TO THE PROVISIONS OF THE State Administrative Procedure Act, NOTICE is hereby given of the following action:

Action taken:

Amendment of section 1950.20 to Title 21 NYCRR.

Statutory authority:

Public Authorities Law, section 1230-j

Subject:

Elimination of the current expiration date of December 31, 2008 for the current rates, fees and charges.

Purpose:

To allow for the continued collection of fees to pay for costs necessary to operate, maintain and manage the system.
