PURSUANT TO THE PROVISIONS OF THE State Administrative Procedure Act, NOTICE is hereby given of the following proposed rule:
Proposed Action:
The Public Service Commission is considering whether to grant, deny or modify, in whole or part, the petition filed by Highland Senior Residence, LLC, to submeter electricity at 34 Highland Avenue, Yonkers, New York.
Statutory authority:
Public Service Law, sections 2, 4(1), 65(1), 66(1), (2), (3), (4), (12) and (14)
Subject:
Petition for the submetering of electricity at a residential senior citizen facility.
Purpose:
To consider the request of Highland Senior Residence, LLC to submeter electricity at 34 Highland Ave., Yonkers, New York.
Substance of proposed rule:
The Public Service Commission is considering whether to grant, deny or modify, in whole or part, the petition filed by Highland Senior Residence, LLC, to submeter electricity at 34 Highland Avenue, Yonkers, New York, located in the territory of Consolidated Edison Company of New York, Inc. Highland Senior Residence, LLC intends to house and operate a residential senior citizen facility.
