PURSUANT TO THE PROVISIONS OF THE State Administrative Procedure Act, NOTICE is hereby given of the following action:
Action taken:
Amendment of sections 6.2(c) and 6.3(b) of Title 7 NYCRR.
Statutory authority:
Public Officers Law, section 94; and Correction Law, sections 29(2), 71 and 112
Subject:
Access to records subject to the Personal Privacy Protection Law.
Purpose:
To change the employee job title designated as deputy privacy compliance officer and custodian of bureau of personnel records.
