PURSUANT TO THE PROVISIONS OF THE State Administrative Procedure Act, NOTICE is hereby given of the following action:
Action taken:
On 6/26/14, the PSC adopted an order approving the petition of Yorktown Realty Associates, LLC to submeter electricity at Trump Park Residences, 3770 Barger Street, Shrub Oak, NY, located in the territory of Consolidated Edison Company of New York, Inc.
