No. and re are: PSC-27-05-00021-A, Transfer of Water Plant Assets by the Town of North Greenbush, Rensselaer County. The Notice of Proposed Rule Making, I.D. No. PSC-27-05-00020-P pertaining to Complaint by Home Depot U.S.A., Inc. and Linens ‘n Things against Independent Water Works, Inc. is being withdrawn from consideration.
