    PURSUANT TO THE PROVISIONS OF THE State Administrative Procedure Act, NOTICE is hereby given of the following proposed rule:
    Proposed action:
    The Public Service Commission is considering whether to grant, deny or modify, in whole or part, the petition filed by Sage Engineering Associates, LLP, on behalf of New York Realty Partners, to submeter electricity at 218 W. Yard Rd., Selkirk, NY.
    Statutory authority:
    Public Service Law, sections 2, 4(1), 65(1), 66(1) and 67(1)
    Subject:
    Petition for the submetering of electricity.
    Purpose:
    To submeter electricity at 218 W. Yard Rd., Selkirk, NY.
    Substance of proposed rule:
    The Public Services Commission is considering whether to grant, deny or modify, in whole or part, the petition filed by Sage Engineering Associates, LLP, on behalf of New York Realty Partners, to submeter at 218 West Yard Road, Selkirk, New York, located in the territory of Niagara Mohawk Power Corporation.
