PURSUANT TO THE PROVISIONS OF THE State Administrative Procedure Act, NOTICE is hereby given of the following action:
Action taken:
On 6/14/12, the PSC adopted an order denying The Willows Homeowners Association, Inc.'s petition for rehearing and waiving requirements in 16 NYCRR 733.1 and 733.10 as they apply to Aqua New York, Inc. for the plant installed at the Dykeer Water System.
Statutory authority:
Public Service Law, sections 22, 89-c(3) and 89-i

Purpose:
To deny petition for rehearing and waiving requirements in 16 NYCRR 733.1 and 733.10 as they apply to Aqua New York.
Substance of final rule:
The Commission, on June 14, 2012 adopted an order denying The Willows Homeowners Association, Inc.’s petition for rehearing, and waiving the requirements stated in 16 NYCRR § § 733.1 and 733.10 as they apply to Aqua New York, Inc. for the plant installed at the Dykeer Water System, subject to the terms and conditions set forth in the order.
