PURSUANT TO THE PROVISIONS OF THE State Administrative Procedure Act, NOTICE is hereby given of the following action:
Action taken:
On 6/14/12, the PSC adopted an order authorizing United Water New York Inc. to issue up to $40 million of unsecured promissory notes by December 31, 2012.
Statutory authority:
Public Service Law, section 89-f
Subject:
Issuance of long-term debt.
Purpose:
To authorize United Water New York Inc. to issue up to $40 million of unsecured promissory notes by December 31, 2012.
Substance of final rule:
The Commission, on June 14, 2012 adopted an order authorizing United Water New York Inc. to issue up to $40 million of unsecured promissory notes by December 31, 2012, subject to the terms and conditions set forth in the order.
