PURSUANT TO THE PROVISIONS OF THE State Administrative Procedure Act, NOTICE is hereby given of the following action:

Amendment of section 119.7 of Title 8 NYCRR.
Statutory authority:
Education Law, sections 101(not subdivided), 207(not subdivided), 305(1), (2), (20), 2851(4), 2852(1), (2), (3), (5), (5-a), (5-b), (6) and 2857(1)
Subject:
Charter school charter renewals.
Purpose:
To clarify standards for charter renewals of charter schools for which the Board of Regents is the authorizing entity.
