    Approval of the Town of Monroe as the Temporary Water System Operator of Orchard Hill W. Co., Inc.
    PURSUANT TO THE PROVISIONS OF THE State Administrative Procedure Act, NOTICE is hereby given of the following action:
    Action taken:
    On 6/13/13, the PSC adopted an order approving a petition filed by the Town of Monroe, Orange County for appointment as the temporary system operator of the Orchard Hill W. Co., Inc., under certain conditions.
    Statutory authority:
    Public Service Law, sections 4(1), 5(1)(f), 25, 89-b(1), 89-c(b), (4), 89(j) and 112-a
    Subject:
    Approval of the Town of Monroe as the temporary water system operator of Orchard Hill W. Co., Inc.
    Purpose:
    To approve the Town of Monroe as the temporary water system operator of Orchard Hill W. Co., Inc.
    Substance of final rule:
    The Commission, on June 13, 2013, adopted an order approving the appointment of the Town of Monroe in Orange County, as the temporary operator of the Orchard Hill W. Co., Inc, water system, subject to the terms and conditions set forth in the order.

    No changes.
