    Adopting Emergency Rule As a Permanent Rule
    PURSUANT TO THE PROVISIONS OF THE State Administrative Procedure Act, NOTICE is hereby given of the following action:
    Action taken:
    On 7/11/14, the PSC adopted an order approving as a permanent rule, an emergency rule that approved Niagara Mohawk Power Corporation d/b/a National Grid's petition for two emergency Customer Care low income programs.
    Statutory authority:
    Public Service Law, sections 65 and 66
    Subject:
    Adopting emergency rule as a permanent rule.
    Purpose:
    To adopt emergency rule as a permanent rule.
    Substance of final rule:
    The Commission, on July 11, 2014, adopted as a permanent rule, an emergency rule that approved Niagara Mohawk Power Corporation d/b/a National Grid’s request for two emergency Customer Care low income programs in response to the effect that the severe 2014 winter weather had on increasing both wholesale electric commodity prices and its customers’ bills, subject to the terms and conditions set forth in the order.

    No changes.
