    PURSUANT TO THE PROVISIONS OF THE State Administrative Procedure Act, NOTICE is hereby given of the following proposed rule:
    Proposed Action:
    The Public Service Commission is considering whether to grant, deny or modify, in whole or part, the petition filed by Renaissance Corporation of Albany for a waiver to master meter electricity at 100 Union Drive, Albany, NY.
    Statutory authority:
    Public Service Law, sections 2, 4(1), 30, 32-48, 52, 53, 65 and 66
    Subject:
    Petition for a waiver to master meter electricity.
    Purpose:
    Considering the request of Renaissance Corporation of to master meter electricity at 100 Union Drive, Albany, NY.
    Substance of proposed rule:
    The Public Service Commission is considering the petition filed by Renaissance Corporation of Albany for a waiver to master meter electricity at 100 Union Drive, Albany, New York, located in the territory of Niagara Mohawk Power Corporation d/b/a National Grid. The Commission may grant, deny or modify, in whole or part, the relief requested in the petition.
