PURSUANT TO THE PROVISIONS OF THE State Administrative Procedure Act, NOTICE is hereby given of the following action:
Action taken:
On 6/16/11, the PSC adopted an order approving, with modifications, the Orange and Rockland Utilities, Inc.'s amendments to PSC No. 2—Electricity, effective July 1, 2011.
Statutory authority:
Public Service Law, section 66(12)
Subject:
Major Electric Rate Filing.
Purpose:
To approve amendments to PSC No. 2—Electricity, effective July 1, 2011.
Substance of final rule:
The Commission, on June 16, 2011 adopted an order Establishing Rates for Electric Service for Orange and Rockland Utilities, Inc., subject to the terms and conditions set forth in the order.
