PURSUANT TO THE PROVISIONS OF THE State Administrative Procedure Act, NOTICE is hereby given of the following action:
Action taken:
On 6/16/11, the PSC adopted an order approving the Village of Ilion's amendments to PSC No. 3—Electricity, eff. 6/18/11, to update the name of Ilion Board of Light Commissioners to Village of Ilion, Light Department and to establish SC 8.

Public Service Law, section 66(12)
Subject:
Individual Service Agreements.
Purpose:
To approve amendments to PSC No. 3—Electricity, effective 6/18/11 to establish SC 8—Individual Service Agreements.
Substance of final rule:
The Commission, on June 16, 2011 adopted an order approving the Village of Ilion's amendments to PSC No. 3—Electricity, effective June 18, 2011, to update the current name of Ilion Board of Light Commissioners to Village of Ilion, Light Department and to establish Service Classification (SC) No. 8—Individual Service Agreements.
