    PURSUANT TO THE PROVISIONS OF THE State Administrative Procedure Act, NOTICE is hereby given of the following action:
    Action taken:
    On 6/15/16, the PSC adopted an order approving Rainbow Water Company, Inc. (Rainbow Water) to increase its annual revenues by $12,555 or 17.5% and escrow account from $8,640 to $14,400, combining with Sunrise Ridge Water Company (Sunrise).
    Statutory authority:
    Public Service Law, sections 4(1), 5(1)(f), 89-c(1), (10)(a), (b), (3) and (f)
    Subject:
    Increase in annual revenues and escrow account.
    Purpose:
    To approve Rainbow Water to increase its annual revenues and escrow account, combining with Sunrise.
    Substance of final rule:
    The Commission, on June 15, 2016, adopted an order approving Rainbow Water Company, Inc. (Rainbow Water) to increase its annual revenues by $12,555 or 17.5% in order to recover increases in its operating costs and increase its escrow account from $8,640 to $14,400, to combine both Rainbow Water and Sunrise Ridge Water Company under one tariff (P.S.C. No. 3 – Water) and one escrow account, subject to the terms and conditions set forth in the order.
