    Transfer of Control of Certain Cable Television Assets from SCCC to Zito
    PURSUANT TO THE PROVISIONS OF THE State Administrative Procedure Act, NOTICE is hereby given of the following action:
    Action taken:
    On 6/15/16, the PSC adopted an order approving Zito New York, LLC [DE] (Zito) and Southern Cayuga County Cablevision, LLC's [NY] (SCCC) joint petition for the transfer of control of certain cable television assets from SCCC to Zito.
    Statutory authority:
    Public Service Law, section 222
    Subject:
    Transfer of control of certain cable television assets from SCCC to Zito.
    Purpose:
    To approve Zito and SCCC's joint petition for a transfer of control of certain cable television assets from SCCC to Zito.
    Substance of final rule:
    The Commission, on June 15, 2016, adopted an order approving Zito New York, LLC [DE] (Zito) and Southern Cayuga County Cablevision, LLC's [NY] (SCCC) joint petition for the transfer of the systems, assets, facilities and Certificates of Confirmation from SCCC to Zito for the provision of cable service in the Towns of Locke, Genoa and Moravia, and the Village of Moravia, all in Cayuga County, subject to the terms and conditions set forth in the order.
