PURSUANT TO THE PROVISIONS OF THE State Administrative Procedure Act, NOTICE is hereby given of the following action:
Action taken:
On 6/15/16, the PSC adopted a joint proposal approving New York State Electric and Gas Corporation's (NYSEG) electric rate plan.
Statutory authority:
Public Service Law, sections 5, 65 and 66
Subject:
NYSEG's electric rate plan.
Purpose:
To approve NYSEG's electric rate plan.
Substance of final rule:
The Commission, on June 15, 2016, adopted a joint proposal executed by New York State Electric and Gas Corporation, Rochester Gas and Electric Corporation, trial staff of the Department of Public Service, the New York State Department of State, Division of Consumer Protection, Utility Intervention Unit, Nucor Steel Auburn, Inc., Pace Energy and Climate Center, and Wal-Mart Stores East, LP and Sam’s East, Inc., approving New York State Electric and Gas Corporation's three-year electric rate plan, subject to the terms and conditions set forth in the order.

No changes.
