PURSUANT TO THE PROVISIONS OF THE State Administrative Procedure Act, NOTICE is hereby given of the following action:
Action taken:
Amendment of Part 2188 of Title 21 NYCRR.
Statutory authority:
26 U.S.C., section 42; Public Law, 110-289; title I of the U.S. Housing Act of 1937
Subject:
Agency's Qualified Allocation Plan ("Plan").
Purpose:
To amend the Agency's Plan to comply with the requirements of the Housing and Economic Recovery Act of 2008 (Public Law 110-289).
