    Con Edison's Request for Exclusion of Its Failure to Meet Its 2009 Remote Monitoring System Metric
    PURSUANT TO THE PROVISIONS OF THE State Administrative Procedure Act, NOTICE is hereby given of the following action:
    Action taken:
    On 6/17/10, the PSC adopted an order approving Consolidated Edison Company of New York, Inc.'s request for exclusion of its failure to meet its 2009 Remote Monitoring System metric due to extraordinary circumstances in the Long Island City network.
    Statutory authority:
    Public Service Law, sections 65 and 66
    Subject:
    Con Edison's request for exclusion of its failure to meet its 2009 Remote Monitoring System metric.
    Purpose:
    To approve Con Edison's request for exclusion of its failure to meet its 2009 Remote Monitoring System metric.
    Substance of final rule:
    The Commission, on June 17, 2010, adopted an order approving Consolidated Edison Company of New York, Inc.'s request for exclusion from a revenue adjustment of $10 million for its failure to meet its 2009 Remote Monitoring System metric due to extraordinary circumstances in the Long Island City network, subject to the terms and conditions set forth in the order.
