PURSUANT TO THE PROVISIONS OF THE State Administrative Procedure Act, NOTICE is hereby given of the following proposed rule:

Proposed Action:

Amendment of Appendix 2 of Title 4 NYCRR.

Statutory authority:

Civil Service Law, section 6(1)

Subject:

Jurisdictional Classification.

Purpose:

To delete positions from the non-competitive class.

Text of proposed rule:

Amend Appendix 2 of the Rules for the Classified Service, listing positions in the non-competitive class, in the Department of Correctional Services, by deleting therefrom the positions of øDeputy Superintendent for Correctional Facility 3 (10); and, in the Executive Department under the subheading “Commission on Quality of Care and Advocacy for Persons with Disabilities,” by deleting therefrom the position of Training and Staff Development Evaluation Specialist 1 (1).
