    Denying NYSEG's Request for Waivers of Certain Commission Regulations in Connection with a Licensing Proceeding
    PURSUANT TO THE PROVISIONS OF THE State Administrative Procedure Act, NOTICE is hereby given of the following action:
    Action taken:
    On 6/17/15, the PSC adopted an order denying New York State Electric & Gas Corporation's (NYSEG) request for waivers of certain Commission regulations in connection with a licensing proceeding.
    Statutory authority:
    Public Service Law, sections 4(1) and 66(1)
    Subject:
    Denying NYSEG's request for waivers of certain Commission regulations in connection with a licensing proceeding.
    Purpose:
    To deny NYSEG's request for waivers of certain Commission regulations in connection with a licensing proceeding.
    Substance of final rule:
    The Commission, on June 17, 2015, adopted an order denying New York State Electric & Gas Corporation's (NYSEG) request for waivers of certain Commission regulations in connection with a licensing proceeding, subject to the terms and conditions set forth in the order.
    Final rule as compared with last published rule:
    No changes.
