PURSUANT TO THE PROVISIONS OF THE State Administrative Procedure Act, NOTICE is hereby given of the following action:
Action taken:
On 6/17/15, the PSC adopted an order approving a petition by East River Housing Corporation (East River) to refinance up to a maximum amount of $28.5 million.
Statutory authority:
Public Service Law, section 82
Subject:
Approving East River to refinance up to a maximum amount of $28.5 million.
Purpose:
To approve East River to refinance up to a maximum amount of $28.5 million.
Substance of final rule:
The Commission, on June 17, 2015, adopted an order approving a petition by East River Housing Corporation for refinancing of its first mortgage in the amount of $23.5 million and authorization to obtain a line of credit up to $5 million, for a maximum amount of $28.5 million, subject to the terms and conditions set forth in the order.
