PURSUANT TO THE PROVISIONS OF THE State Administrative Procedure Act, NOTICE is hereby given of the following action:
Action taken:
On June 18, 2008, the Public Service Commission adopted an order approving Central Hudson Gas & Electric Corporation's request to make various changes contained in its schedule for electric service, P.S.C. No. 15—Electricity, effective July 1, 2008.

Public Service Law, section 66(12)
Subject:
Pole attachment rates.
Purpose:
To approve the updated pole attachment rate for cable system operators and telecommunications carriers.
Substance of final rule:
The Commission, on June 18, 2008, adopted an order approving Central Hudson Gas & Electric Corporation's tariff amendments to reflect a new annual pole attachment rate applicable to cable system operators and telecommunication carriers that would increase its current annual pole attachment charge from $12.47 to $14.36.

No changes.
