PURSUANT TO THE PROVISIONS OF THE State Administrative Procedure Act, NOTICE is hereby given of the following action:
Action taken:
The PSC on 7/12/12 adopted an order approving the petition of Warwick Valley Telephone Company for a corporate restructuring, including establishment of a holding company WVT Communications Group.

Purpose:
To approve a corporate restructuring, including establishment of a holding company.
Substance of proposed rule:
The Commission, on July 12, 2012, adopted an order approving the petition of Warwick Valley Telephone Company (Warwick or company) for a corporate restructuring, including establishment of a holding company WVT Communications Group (WVTCG), subject to the terms and conditions set forth in the order.
