PURSUANT TO THE PROVISIONS OF THE State Administrative Procedure Act, NOTICE is hereby given of the following action:
Action taken:
On 7/14/11, the PSC adopted an order approving the petition of 4545, 4610 and 4540 East Coast LLC to submeter electricity at 4545, 4610 and 4540 Center Boulevard, Long Island City, NY, located in the territory of Consolidated Edison Company of New York.
Statutory authority:
Public Service Law, sections 2, 4(1), 30, 32-48, 52, 53, 65(1), 66(1), (2), (3), (4), (12) and (14)
Subject:
Petition for the submetering of electricity.
Purpose:
To approve the petition of 4545, 4610 and 4540 East Coast LLC to submeter electricity at 4545, 4610 and 4540 Center Blvd., Long Island City, NY.
Substance of final rule:
The Commission, on July 14, 2011 adopted an order approving the petition of 4545, 4610 and 4540 East Coast LLC to submeter electricity at 4545, 4610, and 4540 Center Boulevard, Long Island City, New York located in the territory of Consolidated Edison Company of New York, Inc., subject to the terms and conditions set forth in the order.
