PURSUANT TO THE PROVISIONS OF THE State Administrative Procedure Act, NOTICE is hereby given of the following action:
Action taken:
On 7/14/16, the PSC adopted an order approving City Point Residential LLC's (City Point) petition to submeter electricity at 336 Flatbush Avenue Extension, Brooklyn, New York.
Statutory authority:
Public Service Law, sections 2, 4(1), 30, 32-48, 52, 53, 65(1), 66(1), (2), (3), (4), (12) and (14)
Subject:
Submetering of electricity.
Purpose:
To approve City Point's petition to submeter electricity at 336 Flatbush Avenue Extension, Brooklyn, New York.
Substance of final rule:
The Commission, on July 14, 2016, adopted an order approving City Point Residential LLC’s petition to submeter electricity at 336 Flatbush Avenue Extension, Brooklyn, New York, subject to the terms and conditions set forth in the order.
