    The following advance bid opening dates have been scheduled by the Procurement Services Group. The following listing is for information purposes only. Interested companies are encouraged to register for online notification of OGS bid opportunities by contacting http://www.ogs.state.ny.us/ovr.
    Aug. 12—Kraft envelopes, 11:00 a.m.
    Aug. 17—Bituminous concrete cold patch, 11:00 a.m.
    Additional bid openings for the remainder of August will be scheduled necessarily following the date of this publication.
    The right is reserved to make any additional change in dates and to schedule additional bid openings at any time without publication.
    SEALED BIDS
    NOTICE TO BIDDERS Village of Irvington Mountain Road Water Tank Repair Project Westchester County New York Contract No. 2010-27
    Sealed bids for the following construction work, Prime Contract No. 2010-27: Mountain Road Water Tank Repair Project will be received by Irvington Village Clerk-Treasurer Brenda Jeselnik, Village Hall, 85 Main Street, Irvington, New York, until 11:00 AM, September 1, 2010.
    If you intend to submit a bid, it is recommended that you attend a pre-bid site visit scheduled for August 19, 2010 at 10:00 a.m. at the site of the Mountain Road Water Tank, end of Hermits Road (off Mountain Road), Irvington, NY.
    The successful bidder will be required to furnish performance and payment bonds.
    The Village of Irvington reserves the right to waive any informalities in the bids; or to reject any or all bids. No bidder may withdraw his bid within forty-five (45) days after the actual date of the opening thereof.
    Plans, specifications and all information relative thereto may be secured at the Village Administrator's Office in Village Hall. The Village will not be responsible for full or partial sets of contract documents, including any addenda obtained from any other source.

    The Board of Trustees reserves the right to waive any formalities and to reject any or all bids.
