PURSUANT TO THE PROVISIONS OF THE State Administrative Procedure Act, NOTICE is hereby given of the following action:
Action taken:
On 7/15/10, the PSC adopted an order approving the petition of West 147th Street Associates, LLC to submeter electricity at 220 West 148th Street (PS90 Condominium), New York, New York.
Statutory authority:
Public Service Law, sections 2, 4(1), 30, 32-48, 52, 53, 65(1), 66(1), (2), (3), (4), (12) and (14)
Subject:
Petition for the submetering of electricity.
Purpose:
To approve the petition of West 147th Street Associates, LLC to submeter electricity at 220 West 148th Street, New York, NY.
Substance of final rule:
The Commission, on July 15, 2010, adopted an order approving the petition of West 147th Street Associates, LLC to submeter electricity at 220 West 148th Street (PS90 Condominium), New York, New York located in the territory of Consolidated Edison Company of New York, Inc., subject to the terms and conditions set forth in the order.
