PURSUANT TO THE PROVISIONS OF THE State Administrative Procedure Act, NOTICE is hereby given of the following action:
Action taken:
On 7/15/10, the PSC adopted an order confirming Niagara Mohawk Power Corporation's transfer of a parcel of property in Glens Falls, New York.
Statutory authority:
Public Service Law, section 70
Subject:
Transfer of real property with an original cost under $100,000 in the City of Glens Falls.
Purpose:
To approve the transfer of real property.
Substance of final rule:
The Commission, on July 15, 2010, adopted an order confirming Niagara Mohawk Power Corporation's transfer of a parcel of property in Glens Falls, New York, subject to the terms and conditions set forth in the order.
