Amendment of Subpart 635-6 of Title 14 NYCRR.

Mental Hygiene Law, sections 13.07 and 13.09(b)

Subject:

Costs of Real Property.

Purpose:

To allow OPWDD to pay lease costs or property costs not otherwise allowed in existing regulations.
