    PURSUANT TO THE PROVISIONS OF THE State Administrative Procedure Act, NOTICE is hereby given of the following action:
    Action taken:
    Revision in rates for Village of Solvay.
    Statutory authority:
    Public Authorities Law, section 1005(5)
    Subject:
    Rates for the sale of power and energy.
    Purpose:
    Maintain system's fiscal integrity; this increase in rates does not result from a Power Authority rate increase to the Village.
