PURSUANT TO THE PROVISIONS OF THE State Administrative Procedure Act, NOTICE is hereby given of the following action:
Action taken:
On July 16, 2008, the Public Service Commission adopted an order, with conditions, approving the petition of Emerald Green Lake Louise Marie Water Company, Inc. for a loan agreement of $330,000 for financing a new water filtration system.

Subject:
Issues of stock, bonds and other forms of indebtedness.
Purpose:
To approve Emerald Green Lake Louise Marie Water Company, Inc. for a loan agreement of $330,000.
Substance of final rule:
The Commission, on July 16, 2008, adopted an order, with conditions, approving the petition of Emerald Green Lake Louise Marie Water Company, Inc., (Company) for a loan agreement of $330,000, to reimburse short term debt for financing new water filtration system at the Company, subject to the terms and conditions set forth in the order.
