PURSUANT TO THE PROVISIONS OF THE State Administrative Procedure Act, NOTICE is hereby given of the following action:
Action taken:
On 7/24/14, the PSC adopted an order allowing the Village of Freeport's filing contained in PSC No. 9 — Electricity, to increase its annual revenues, to go into effect, with modifications.
Statutory authority:
Public Service Law, section 66(12)
Subject:
Allowing the Village of Freeport's tariff filing to become effective, with modifications.
Purpose:
To allow the Village of Freeport's tariff filing to become effective, with modifications.
Substance of final rule:
The Commission, on July 24, 2014, adopted an order allowing the Village of Freeport’s filing contained in PSC No. 9 — Electricity, to increase its annual revenues by about $734,481 or 2.0%, to become effective, subject to the terms and conditions set forth in the order.
