    Extending the End Date of NYSEG and RG&E's Home Energy Reports Demonstration Program
    PURSUANT TO THE PROVISIONS OF THE State Administrative Procedure Act, NOTICE is hereby given of the following action:
    Action taken:
    On 7/18/13, the PSC adopted an order approving the petition of New York State Electric & Gas Corporation (NYSEG) and Rochester Gas and Electric Corporation (RG&E) extending the date of the Home Energy Reports Demonstration program.
    Statutory authority:
    Public Service Law, sections 4(1), 5(2) and 66(1)
    Subject:
    Extending the end date of NYSEG and RG&E's Home Energy Reports Demonstration program.
    Purpose:
    To extend the end date of NYSEG and RG&E's Home Energy Reports Demonstration program.
    Substance of final rule:
    The Commission, on July 18, 2013, adopted an order approving a petition of New York State Electric & Gas Corporation and Rochester Gas and Electric Corporation to extend the end date of the companies Home Energy Reports Demonstration program, subject to the terms and conditions set forth in the order.

    No changes.
