PURSUANT TO THE PROVISIONS OF THE State Administrative Procedure Act, NOTICE is hereby given of the following action:

Repeal of section 100.73 and amendment of section 100.89 of Title 7 NYCRR.

Subject:
Lakeview Correctional Facility.
Purpose:
To consolidate two sections referring to Lakeview Correctional Facility to one section.
