PURSUANT TO THE PROVISIONS OF THE State Administrative Procedure Act, NOTICE is hereby given of the following action:

Action taken:

Notice of proposed rule making, I.D. No. LPA-29-10-00002-P, has been withdrawn from consideration. The notice of proposed rule making was published in the State Register on July 21, 2010.

Subject:

The economic development program under the Tariff for Electric Service.

Reason(s) for withdrawal of the proposed rule:

The Authority has added an additional tariff leaf to the proposal and will republish the entire rulemaking proposal.
