PURSUANT TO THE PROVISIONS OF THE State Administrative Procedure Act, NOTICE is hereby given of the following action:

Amendment of section 80-3.7 of Title 8 NYCRR.

Education Law, sections 207, 305, 3004 and 3006

Subject:

Certification in the classroom teaching service through individual evaluation.

Purpose:

To extend the expiration date for applicants seeking certification through the individual evaluation pathway.
