    Transfer of Control of Time Warner ResCom, LLC
    PURSUANT TO THE PROVISIONS OF THE State Administrative Procedure Act, NOTICE is hereby given of the following proposed rule:
    Proposed Action:
    The Public Service Commission is considering a petition from Time Warner ResCom, LLC ("TWRESCOM-NY") requesting approval of a Transfer of Control from Time Warner, Inc. to Time Warner Cable, Inc.
    Statutory authority:
    Public Service Law, section 222
    Subject:
    Transfer of Control of Time Warner ResCom, LLC.
    Purpose:
    To consider Time Warner, Inc.'s petition to distribute its equity interest in Time Warner Cable, Inc.
    Substance of proposed rule:
    The Public Service Commission is considering whether to accept, reject or modify, in whole or in part, a petition from Time Warner ResCom, LLC (“TWRESCOM, LLC”) requesting approval of a transfer of control from Time Warner, Inc. to Time Warner Cable, Inc.
