    PURSUANT TO THE PROVISIONS OF THE State Administrative Procedure Act, NOTICE is hereby given of the following proposed rule:
    Proposed action:
    This is a consensus rule making to amend section 466.7(g) of Title 9 NYCRR.
    Statutory authority:
    Executive Law, sections 290.3, 293.2, 295.5 and 297
    Subject:
    Address and gender reference.
    Purpose:
    To update an address and make the section gender neutral.
    Text of proposed rule:
    466.7(g) Duty of administrative officer. The administrative officer of the division shall maintain a record setting forth the name, public office address, title and salary of every officer or employee of the division, as required by section 87.3(b) of the Freedom of Information Law. He/she shall respond to and comply with requests for any such record made pursuant to the Freedom of Information Law.     Consensus Rule Making Determination
    It is unlikely that any person will object to the rule as revised, as no substantive changes have been made. The change to 9 NYCRR 466.7(g) consists of an address update and changes to make the section gender neutral.
