PURSUANT TO THE PROVISIONS OF THE State Administrative Procedure Act, NOTICE is hereby given of the following action:
Action taken:
Amendment of section 378. 2 of Title 2 NYCRR.
Statutory authority:
Retirement and Social Security Law, sections 11 and 311
Subject:
Payment for military service credit.
Purpose:
Provides that contributions, benefits and service credit shall be provided in accordance with section 414(u) of the IRC of 1986.
