PURSUANT TO THE PROVISIONS OF THE State Administrative Procedure Act, NOTICE is hereby given of the following proposed rule:
Proposed Action:
The Commission is considering a proposal filed by Central Hudson Gas & Electric Corporation to make various changes in the charges, rules and regulations contained in P.S.C. No. 15 — Electricity and P.S.C. No. 12 — Gas.
Statutory authority:
Public Service Law, sections 5(1)(b), (2), 65(1), (2), (3), 66(2) and (12)
Subject:
Community Choice Aggregation (CCA) Data Services.
Purpose:
To consider the implementation of fees for CCA Data Services requested by CCA Administrators.
Substance of proposed rule:
The Public Service Commission is considering a proposal filed by Central Hudson Gas & Electric Corporation (Central Hudson) to revise its electric and gas tariff schedules, P.S.C. No. 15 – Electricity and P.S.C. No. 12 – Gas. Central Hudson proposes to implement provisions and tariff fees for Community Choice Aggregation (CCA) Data Services as requested by CCA Administrators pursuant to Commission Order issued April 21, 2016 in Case 14-M-0224. The proposed amendments have an effective date of January 1, 2017. The Commission may adopt, reject, or modify, in whole or in part, the relief proposed and may resolve related matters.
