PURSUANT TO THE PROVISIONS OF THE State Administrative Procedure Act, NOTICE is hereby given of the following action:
Action taken:
The Long Island Power Authority adopted a proposal modifying its Tariff for Electric Service with regard to Classification No. 13, Negotiated Contracts.
Statutory authority:
Public Authorities Law, section 1020-f(z) and (u)
Subject:
Service Classification No. 13 of the Authority's Tariff for Electric Service.
Purpose:
To modify Service Classification No. 13.
