PURSUANT TO THE PROVISIONS OF THE State Administrative Procedure Act, NOTICE is hereby given of the following action:

Repeal of section 56.11 of Title 15 NYCRR.

Purpose:

Repeal provision authorizing DMV to approve signs on school buses.
