    PURSUANT TO THE PROVISIONS OF THE State Administrative Procedure Act, NOTICE is hereby given of the following proposed rule:
    Proposed Action:
    The Public Service Commission is considering a petition from Plattsburgh Cablevision, Inc. d/b/a Charter Communications requesting approval of a Transfer of Control to CH Communications, LLC.
    Statutory authority:
    Public Service Law, section 222
    Subject:
    To consider the transfer of control of Plattsburgh Cablevision, Inc. d/b/a Charter Communications to CH Communications, LLC.
    Purpose:
    To allow the Plattsburgh Cablevision, Inc. to distribute its equity interest in CH Communications, LLC.
    Text of proposed rule:
    The Public Service Commission is considering whether to adopt, reject, or modify, in whole or in part, a petition from Plattsburgh Cablevision d/b/a Charter Communications requesting approval of a Transfer of Control to CH Communications, LLC.
