AMENDMENT OF RULE
Uniform Civil Rules for the Supreme and County Courts
Pursuant to the authority vested in me, and with the advice and consent of the Administrative Board of the Courts, I hereby amend, effective immediately, section 202.70(a) of the Uniform Civil Rules for the Supreme and County Courts, relating to the monetary thresholds of the Commercial Division, to read as follows:
Except as set forth in subdivision (b), the monetary thresholds of the Commercial Division, exclusive of punitive damages, interests, costs, disbursements and counsel fees claimed, are established as follows:
Albany County | $25,000 |

AMENDMENT OF RULE
Uniform Rules for the Family Courts
Pursuant to the powers vested in me, and with the advice and consent of the Administrative Board of the Courts, I hereby amend, effective immediately, section 205.5(b)(5) of the Uniform Rules for the Family Courts, relating to privacy of court records, to read as follows:
§ 205.5 Privacy of Family Court Records
Subject to limitations and procedures set by statute and case law, the following shall be permitted access to the pleadings, legal papers formally filed in a proceeding, findings, decisions and orders and, subject to the provisions of CPLR 8002, transcribed minutes of any hearing held in the proceeding:
(b) when a child is either a party to, or the child's custody may be affected by, the proceeding.
(5) an authorized employee or volunteer of a Court Appointed Special Advocate program appointed by the Family Court to assist in the child's case in accordance with Part [43] 44 of the Rules of the Chief Judge.
AMENDMENT OF RULE
Uniform Civil Rules for the City Courts
Pursuant to the authority vested in me, and with the advice and consent of the Administrative Board of the Courts, I hereby amend, effective immediately, section 210.6 of the Uniform Civil Rules for the City Courts, relating to filing of the summons, to read as follows:
[(d) The summons in all actions, with proof of service thereof, must be filed in the office of the clerk within 20 days after service is complete.]
