    PURSUANT TO THE PROVISIONS OF THE State Administrative Procedure Act, NOTICE is hereby given of the following proposed rule:
    Proposed action:
    The commission is considering whether to grant or deny, in whole or in part, a petition for rehearing filed on July 20, 2007 by the Cable Telecommunications Association of New York, Inc. (CTANY) of the commission's June 20, 2007 order in Case 07-E-0383 concerning Central Hudson Gas& Electric Corporation's pole attachment rate.

    Subject:
    Rehearing of June 20, 2007 order regarding Central Hudson Gas & Electric Corporation's pole attachment rate.
    Purpose:
    To consider a petition for rehearing filed by CTANY.
    Substance of proposed rule:
    The Commission is considering whether to grant or deny, in whole or in part, a petition for rehearing filed on July 20, 2007 by the Cable Telecommunications Association of New york, Inc. (CTANY) of the Commission's June 20, 2007 order in Case 07-E-0383 concerning Central Hudson Gas & Electric Corporation's pole attachment rate.
