PURSUANT TO THE PROVISIONS OF THE State Administrative Procedure Act, NOTICE is hereby given of the following proposed rule:
Proposed Action:
The PSC is considering whether to approve, deny or modify, in whole or in part, a petition filed by Consolidated Edison Company of New York, Inc. for the approval to use the Romet RM56000 DCID rotary meter manufactured by Romet LTD., Mississauga, Canada.
Statutory authority:
Public Service Law, section 67(1)
Subject:
Whether to permit the use of the Romet RM56000 DCID rotary meter for use in commercial gas meter applications.
Purpose:
To permit gas utilities in New York State to use the Romet RM56000 DCID rotary meter.
Substance of proposed rule:
The Public Service Commission is considering whether to grant, deny, or modify, in whole or part, the petition filed by Consolidated Edison Company of New York Inc., to use the Romet 56000 DCID rotary meter in commercial natural gas meter applications.
