    PURSUANT TO THE PROVISIONS OF THE State Administrative Procedure Act, NOTICE is hereby given of the following action:

    Amendment of sections 6201.3(a)(2), (b)(2), (c)(2), 6208.2(a), 6213.2(b)(1), 6213.3(a), 6216.2(b)(6), (c)(4) and (d)(6) of Title 9 NYCRR.
